Naturopath

Trinity Hylton is a Naturopath, a practitioner who uses natural methods to support the body’s innate ability to heal. She graduated from New Eden School of Natural Health and Herbal Studies with a deep passion for holistic wellness—mind, body, and soul. Her own journey through health challenges, including toxic mold exposure, Lyme disease, and hormonal imbalances, led her to explore natural healing methods that restore balance. More recently, she has gained a profound understanding of the connection between emotions, faith, and physical health.

Specializing in mental health, autoimmune conditions, gut health, child nutrition, and hormone balancing, Trinity is dedicated to helping clients uncover the links between stress, mental well-being, and physical ailments. Her goal is to empower individuals with knowledge and practical tools to achieve lasting wellness through a holistic approach.
At home, her husband, Zane, and their five children embrace the importance of a healthy lifestyle and are actively learning to make informed choices about their well-being. Her family is well-versed in her home remedies, green smoothies, and frequent reminders to stay hydrated.
Passionate about using natural resources to promote balance and healing while maintaining a budget-friendly approach, Trinity enjoys taking walks with friends or family, reading, DIYing anything “crunchy” like herbal salves, kombucha and fermented foods, and teaching her children about the goodness of the Lord.
